Child protection Applicable legislation The Law on Child Protection - Revised text ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska No. 4 / 02") and the Law on Amendments to the Law on Child Protection ("Official Gazette 17/08") on the rights of child protection in the first instance decides Center Social Welfare or the competent department of residence of parents, or the employer. Decisions of the first instance body are subject to audit by the Public Fund of the Republic of Srpska child protection, and payment is also made ​​by the Fund. The rights of the child protection enjoyed by disabled children: By Law provided  rights -the salary compensation for the time of use of maternity leave; -Work with one half of a full-time work for increased attention and care for child psychophysical disabilities in development; -the maternity allowance; -the child allowance; -the help of equipment for the newborn; -the development needs of children; -the pre-school education for children without parental care, children with disabilities and -children on prolonged hospital treatment, -the upbringing and education programs to prepare children for school.
