Made with Xara © Center for Social Work Doboj 2011 Refund of payment on the basis of work with one half of a full work time This right for increased care and tendance of children with mental and physical disabilities is achieved by the procedure prescribed by regulations (in the manner prescribed for exercising  the right of the employer to refund paid fees of neto wages to the mother)to employed parents for the second half of the full work time (refund half of salary).
