BENEFICIARIES
Social welfare beneficiaries are individuals or families who are due to various life and social situations they find themselves in need of social
protection - such a condition where the necessary help to overcome social problems and meet human needs.
Social protection is provided to citizens who are unable to work, have no means of livelihood and relatives who are legally required and are able to
provide them with support and the citizens and families who with their work, on basis of their work as well the basis of property conditions and
due to special circumstances can not provide sufficient funds to meet their basic needs.
• Minors
• Materialy not provided is considered an adult person without the necessary means of subsistence, unable to work and can not provide funding for
life on any other basis.
• an elderly person without family care in terms of social protection is considered a person over 65 years (men) or 60 (women), who is single and
whose family members or other relatives who are legally obliged to care about him are not able to give necessary assistance.
• disabled persons is considered to be an adult person which, due to physical or mental defects, has total or partial incapacity for work.
• A person with anti-social behavior is considered to be the person that gives itself to idleness, vagrancy, begging, prostitution, alcoholism and drug
abuse.
• person capable of work who is due to special circumstances requires social protection is considered to be the person who finds himself in need of
social care for war casualties, lack of employment, suffered natural disasters, migration, repatriation, death of one or more family members,
extended treatment in a medical institution, and discharged with a person serving a prison sentence.
